About Pathway Mediation
Mediation provides the ideal environment for the settlement of your family law files. Mediation can reduce the time to conclude your client’s matter, allow your client the freedom to create their own solution for finances and parenting, lower the cost to your client, and lower the stress level for your client.

Jacqueline Dickison was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1993 and called to the Bar in New Brunswick in 2019. Before leaving Fredericton to go to Law School, Jacqueline obtained her BA (Hons) in Psychology, with a strong focus on developmental psychology.
During the 28 years since her call to the bar, Jacqueline has practiced in all areas of family law, involving many complex financial and parenting issues. She has drafted hundreds of domestic agreements, and her agreements have received compliments from the bench for their thoroughness and clarity.
Jacqueline’s focus has now turned to non-litigation matters. During the past 3 years, Jacqueline has undertaken over 100 hours of mediation training, including arbitration, parenting coordination and screening for domestic violence.
